      <description>&lt;P&gt;QVC offers "track your returns" &amp;nbsp;-- it has not been working for months. Always get "status unavailable".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My suggestion is to get this fixed for us (your customers).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Need to fix all tracking, outgoing to us and returns. &amp;nbsp;Can no longer get any data.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are entitled to be aware of what is happening on our orders. &amp;nbsp;Hope this is not another QVC cost saving thing, and just another QVC website glitch. &amp;nbsp;So many issues for years now with site use.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="helvetica" size="2"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;This has nothing to do with tracking, but their system in general.&amp;nbsp; I ordered a product around 11 pm one evening.&amp;nbsp; After doing more research into the product decided to cancel around noon the next day.&amp;nbsp; It said my order was IN PROCESS and I could not cancel.&amp;nbsp; I went on 24 hours later, tried it again, and it let me cancel!&amp;nbsp; Go figure!&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
