Low-to-no audio on videos

Please have tech support look into it. It is particularly bad with Jane Brown's programs but most of the others as well. This has been a deterioration within the past few weeks to months. I don't always get to see the original programs and would like to view the videos but they are much better with audio, the reason you have communication between a host and a vendor. Thank you!!!

Thank you for posting this.....I thought it was me (hearing issue) or my lap top. The volume works ok oh all other sites. I have checked the volume bar on my computer & the bar on the actual video and even holding the computer up to my ear I only hear maybe one out of every ten words.

Please QVC help.......I do depend on the product video for information I may have missed.

I sent this complaint to c.s. a couple of months ago....I, too, checked the volume on my laptop and on the video...can barely hear....c.s. said they would send it on...who knows what that means...

I even called my server to see if i can do something on my laptop....they said no...its as loud as it goes...I don't understand this...as I can go to HSN and hear their videos just fine...my sister sends me jokes that have to be clicked on and I can hear those...

The problem is always here at the Q....I find that many times the video doesn't even play or it stops and starts all the way through...

Good Grief ! I thought my computer was ailing so I had it tuned up and checked out!

It's not me, either, it is the QVC website!

I pray they fix it soon !

I can't even get the videos to work. Sent them an email and they said they were aware of the problem and were working on it. I would think they could fix it sooner than a month!!

From my perspective in troubleshooting IT problems, it helps if everyone tries viewing the same video(s).

I clicked on recent items and chose the first one on the listing. The video plays without interruption and the sound is fine. (I'm not saying the reported issues aren't real, just trying to duplicate the problem.)

Also, it helps to know the device, browser, and whether the software is up-to-date (including Adobe Flash Player). I tried with an iMac (OS X 10.10.4) and iPad (iOS 8.4), on the Mac I tried Firefox (v. 39), Chrome (v. 44.0.2403.125) and Safari (v. 8.0.7).

Volume problem still not fixed.....at least on my computer.

I really wish it was fixed so I could hear the product videos.

Please QVC do something.

I just watched that video all of the way through without any problems at all. Sorry if that doesn't help you .BTW, those Cuddly Blankets for kinds are adorable!

Sorry I did not check the first time you sent this message. Not sure what "I" missed. I did pull up the video and could hear this product video just fine. I'm not sure why one video I'm able to hear and this one is loud and clear. If I could not have heard this one I would blame it on my computer.... What I will do is fine one that I"m unable to hear and maybe someone can listen to see if they are having the same problem.
