changed email preferences but still getting qvc spam

Any suggestions? I shouldn't be getting some of the qvc emails that I consider spam. Did I miss a step? I checked and my preferences look like they are all set properly. I should not be receiving any promotional emails but I still had a few come in.

You've probably already done this, but next time you get one, scroll all the way to the bottom and there should be a place to click to unsubscribe. Also, I wonder if there's a place under "my account" where you can opt out. Spam is very annoying.

Hello @Snoopp & @MacDUFF! You are not received emails from your community account so you can't change anything in Preferences. You are receiving them from your qvc membership account and have to change it there if you do not want to receive any emails. Hope this helps!

QVC is sending these without authorization. They are doing this even if you never checked the box to receive them.

The harpies on the other thread I'd started on this couldn't seem to fathom that anyone might object to spam from QVC.

I was receiving all these promotional E Mails from QVC and I logged into the my account setting at the top of the QVC home Page and selected E Mail and Mobile Prefernces from the drop down menu. I unchecked every box except for three (Order/Shipping Confirmation, Order Status and Customer Care Messages and Programming and personal reminders) . That took care of it and I no longer get any promotional E Mails from QVC. make sure all the boxes are unchecked and the hit submit.

I did the same thing that KathyPet suggested, and I don't get e-mails from QVC anymore either.
