      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’d boil them up, mash them, add milk,plenty of butter,salt and pepper, their you have mashed potatoes for the freezer, Put in containers for servings! Great, you have mashed potatoes all done, I have some in the freezer right now!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I make them oven roasted.&amp;nbsp; I cut them either in quarters lengthwise or in 4 to 6 large chunks&amp;nbsp;Toss them with olive oil, salt &amp;amp; pepper, dried thyme, rosemary, granulated garlic (or powder) and granulated onion. Put them on a baking sheet, sprinkle with paprika and bake on 400 til tender (depends on thickness of potato).&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Use them in soups like vegetable and potato soup; potato salad; slice them for scalloped potatoes; cut them in thirds, pre-cook them, slice them and make fried potatoes and browned sliced kielbasa or sausage; potato skins; baked potatoes; twice-baked potatoes. In the summer, slice them into foil packets and add butter, seasonings and a tablespoon of water, wrap tight and grill for 35 or 40 minutes. Yum! There are a lot of things to do with potatoes! I always keep a bag in the refrigerator.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
