      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry for another thread.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am thinking of my first meal in the IP will be a ham. Will it&amp;nbsp;come&amp;nbsp; out with crispy edges&amp;nbsp; like baking or is it fatty.&amp;nbsp; I am trying to see if baking in the oven will be better&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Because pressure cookers cook with built up steam, food does not get crispy.&amp;nbsp; If you want crispy edges, it's probably not the best cooking method.&amp;nbsp; Why don't you cook a side dish like a veggie instead?&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
