    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I love steak, but never had a decent one until I married and had my own kitchen. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Mom cooked and we ate, but my Dad always thought the meat was over cooked. &amp;nbsp;I’d like to have a dollar for every time he said “honey, the meat was dead before you put it in the pan”. &amp;nbsp; To this day, my Mom cannot cook a decent steak. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/24576"&gt;@goldensrbest&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;this is a very tasty cut of steak but it is chewy.&amp;nbsp; I usually marinate it and then quickly flash sear in a cast iron pan or on a grill.&amp;nbsp; Yum!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
