    <description>&lt;P&gt;1/4C sliced almonds&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1/4C butter&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;4 small to medium fresh sole or flounder fillets&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1/2t salt and 1/8t pepper&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1t fresh chopped parsley and some extra&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1T lemon juice&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;paprika&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Put first 2 in an 8X8" dish&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Microwave on HI just til almonds are golden - appx. 4 minutes - watch.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Remove almonds from dish and set aside.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Put fish in the dish, turning to coat with the butter.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Combine salt &amp;amp; pepper with the parsley and almonds and sprinkle on fish.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Drizzle with lemon juice.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Roll up and leave in dish with seams down.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Cover with wax paper directly on the fish.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Microwave - HIGH - X 4 minutes then uncover.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Baste with dish juices - sprinkle with paprika - Recover.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Microwave - HIGH - X 4 minutes or til flaky.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Let sit X 4 minutes.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Garnish with more paprika and extra parsley to serve.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;SS&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;</description>
