Add tomatoes, green pepper and chilies. Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes. Add cream cheese. Stir til melted, mixed together and heated all the way through. Serve warm as a dip for chips. If you prefer to have less of a bite..omit the chilies.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
