      <title>CHINESE FIVE SPICE ROASTED BUTTERNUT SQUASH</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;One of my favorite incredibly easy sides.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;2-1/2 to 3 pounds cubed butternut squash&lt;BR /&gt;2 T olive oil&lt;BR /&gt;1 t Kosher salt&lt;BR /&gt;1/2 t freshly ground pepper&lt;BR /&gt;1-1/2 t Chinese five spice powder (or to taste)&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;1 T maple syrup&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Preheat oven to 400 degrees.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Toss squash and all other ingredients in a large bowl.&amp;nbsp; Arrange on a cookie sheet.&amp;nbsp; Place in oven and roast for 30-35 min or until tender.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;I usually buy the package of pre-cubed squash at the store and half the recipe.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
