      <title>Easy nachos</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#ff0000"&gt;Been making these occasionally.&amp;nbsp; DH loves them.&amp;nbsp; I love them, and others seem to like them.&amp;nbsp; Not a health food but good on a cold winter night.&amp;nbsp; (This is my own improvised recipe, and you might come up with a better version.)&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Blue and/or yellow corn&amp;nbsp;tortilla chips&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;1&amp;nbsp;lb.&amp;nbsp; lean ground beef&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;1 envelope of taco seasoning (McCormick or Old El Paso)&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;1 can Ro-Tel diced tomatoes with green chilies.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;1 approx. 10-oz. container of Queso-Melt&amp;nbsp; premium melting cheese, or other&amp;nbsp; brand of&amp;nbsp; "restaurant-style cheese dip" found in the refrigerated cheese aisle. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;(I add a little shredded cheddar to the cheese sauce, too).&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Brown and drain ground beef.&amp;nbsp; Add taco mix and cook per package directions.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Add can of tomatoes to the pan and heat.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Spread chips on baking sheet and heat at 375-400 degrees for 5-10 minutes until warm.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Put cheese sauce in a microwaveable container (I use a 2-cup Pyrex glass pitcher) and heat per package directions.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Dish out some chips onto each person's plate,&amp;nbsp;add some beef /tomato mixture and&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;pour melted cheese sauce over all.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
