      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was on Eric Theiss's (Copper Chef) facebook page, looking for a recipe, and came across his recommendations for dry rubs that he uses.&amp;nbsp; Thought I would share.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;DRY RUB RECIPES:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;POULTRY:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class="text_exposed_show"&gt;&lt;P&gt;2 tbsp. crushed sea salt&lt;BR /&gt;2 tbsp. paprika&lt;BR /&gt;1 tsp. tumeric&lt;BR /&gt;2 tsp. garlic&lt;BR /&gt;2 tbsp. granulated dried onion&lt;BR /&gt;1 tbsp. ground thyme&lt;BR /&gt;1 tsp. mustard powder&lt;BR /&gt;1/2 tsp. cayenne&lt;BR /&gt;2 tsp. dried lemon peel&lt;BR /&gt;1 tbsp. black pepper&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;EVERYDAY:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2 tbsp. crushed sea salt&lt;BR /&gt;2 tbsp. We use it all the time.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/68280"&gt;@RespectLife&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;1/2 cup paprika&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;•1/4 cup garlic powder&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;•1/4 cup mild chili powder (use medium or hot to kick up the heat)&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;•3 tablespoons salt&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;•3 tablespoons black pepper&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;•2 tablespoons onion powder&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;•2 tablespoons celery seeds&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;•1 tablespoon brown sugar&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;•1 tablespoon dried oregano&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;•1 tablespoon dried thyme&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;•3 teaspoons cumin&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;•2 teaspoons dry mustard&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;•2 teaspoons ground coriander&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;•2 teaspoons ground allspice&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Preparation:&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Mix together all ingredients until well combined.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Store in an airtight container for up to 6 months.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
