Ina Garten’s recpie is very very good and easy. But I do use store bought crust and it comes out great. It is a huge hit at our home and friends always ask me to make for them especially during the fall and winter. Go to food network website and find recipe.

The Pioneer Woman's recipe is the best I've ever had. Matter of fact, I have one in my fridge right now, because I made a double recipe a few days ago. My husband loves it, too. Hers calls for 1/2 cup of white wine, optional, but to me that just adds so much to it.

Just delish! Recipe is on her website.

I have to have potatoes cubed in my chicken pie as well as other veggies! It just wouldn't be the same to me without potatoes. I use both pie crusts-one on bottom, one on top. Not low calorie! Sometimes I think the potatoes call for more salt though. I never seem to be able to salt it enough while eating..
