We usually always have this at gatherings. There is no wrong way to do this. I have used bacon bits or extra cheddar. It is always a hit. </P> <P><STRONG><SPAN style="text-decoration: underline;">Charleston Cheese</SPAN></STRONG></P> <P>1/2 cup Mayonnaise<BR /> 1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese<BR /> 1 c. sharp cheddar (shredded)<BR /> 2 green onions<BR /> 6 buttery crackers (crushed)<BR /> 8 slices bacon (fried)</P> <P>Mix mayonnaise, cream cheese, cheddar cheese and green onions.
