We have a lavender farm not too far from here.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I'll have to look, but there's chocolate drop cookies, no bake and not chocolate chips.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Choc oatmeal cookies:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1/3 C. melted butter&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2 C. sugar&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1/2 C. milk&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1/3 C. baking cocoa&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1 tsp. vanilla extract&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1/2 C. creamy peanut butter&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3 C. quick-cooking oats, uncooked&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In a saucepan over medium heat, combine butter, sugar, milk and cocoa. &amp;nbsp;Bring it to a boil; cook for 1 minute. &amp;nbsp;Remove from heat: stir in remaining ingredients. &amp;nbsp;Mix well; drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto wax paper. &amp;nbsp;Let cookies cool completely. &amp;nbsp;Makes 2 dozen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;or&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Peanutty Clusters&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2 lbs. white melting chocolate, chopped&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4, 1 oz. squares bittersweet baking chocolate, chopped up&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;24 oz. jar, dry-roasted peanuts&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Combine all ingredients except nuts in a slow cooker. &amp;nbsp;Cover and cook on high for one hour. &amp;nbsp;Reduce setting to low; cover and cook another hour, until the chocolate is melted, stir every 15 minutes. &amp;nbsp;Stir in nuts. &amp;nbsp;Drop by teaspoonfuls onto was paper; let stand until set. &amp;nbsp;Store covered at room temperature. &amp;nbsp;Makes 3-4 dozen pieces.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;But, if chocolate isn't what you want, I have this to try yet.........&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Lemon Bars&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1 &amp;amp; 1/2 C. plus 3 T. all-purpose&amp;nbsp;flour, divided&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1 C. powdered sugar, divided&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3/4 C. Butter, softened&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3 eggs, beaten&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1 &amp;amp; 1/2 C. sugar&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1/4 C. lemon juice&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In a large bowl, combine 1-1/2 C. flour, 2/3 C. powdered sugar and butter.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mix it well; pat into a greased 13 x 9 baking pan. &amp;nbsp;Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes; remove from oven. &amp;nbsp;Whisk eggs, sugar, remaining flour and the lemon juice together until frothy; pour over hot crust. &amp;nbsp;Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes, until light golden.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cool in pan on a wire rack. &amp;nbsp;Dust with remaining powdered sugar. &amp;nbsp;Cut into bars.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Makes 3-4 dozen.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

But I was wrong, these are delicious and easy to make.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;LAVENDER SHORTBREAD COOKIES&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;&amp;nbsp;2 sticks softened butter&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;1/2 cup sugar&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;2 tsp lavender buds (I got mine from Etsy)&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;1 tsp vanilla&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;2 cups flour&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;1/2 tsp salt&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Beat sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Mix in other ingredients. Form into 12" log on wax paper. Wrap and refrigerate &amp;nbsp;until firm.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;Slice into 1/4" rounds. Sprinkle with lavender or purple sanding sugar. Bake at 325 for 18-22 minutes.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
