      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;If it's freezer burned the meat changes color and looks dried out. &amp;nbsp;It's very obvious. &amp;nbsp;Keeping it frozen since January is probably not long enough for it to become freezer burned. &amp;nbsp;Cook it and don't worry about it. &amp;nbsp; If a piece of meat has a small area of burn it can be cut off and the meat cooked.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Maybe if it just affected a little bit of it you can cut that bit off.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Word to the wise - Get a vacuum sealer. &amp;nbsp;Vacuum sealing is the ONLY way to keep air off the food. &amp;nbsp;The oxygen in the air is the enemy. &amp;nbsp;That makes everything happen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have foods in my freezer for a year and more and if they are properly vacuum sealed they will remain 100% pristine.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
