I am making a dessert for St. Patricks Day for about 50 Sr. Citizens. I was going to keep it simple with the pistachio pudding dessert served in plasic martini glasses. I have found out that several of the people don't like pineapple (which is in the pistachio pudding dessert) Any substituion ideas? Or if you have another recipe for something easy and green I would love to see it! Thanks in advance for your help!
