      <title>Millionaire Pie</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This pie has always been a prize in the south! &amp;nbsp;I imagine it's been loved everywhere else too. I ran into it as a teenager and couldn't get it into my file quickly enough!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Millionaire Pie&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1 small container cool whip, thawed&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Juice of one lemon&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1 can Dole crushed pineapple, well drained&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1 can mandrian oranges drained and cut in half&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1/3 C green grapes, halved&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1/3 C chopped pecans&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1 Graham Cracker Crust&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In large bowl, mix Eaglebrand Sweetened Condensed Milk with juice if one lemon.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Add pineapple, mandrian oranges, green grapes, and pecans and mix.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Fold in Cool Whip.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Pour into graham cracker crust. &amp;nbsp;Chill thouroughly, about 6 hours.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I like the more tart fruits with this. &amp;nbsp;Some people put in coconut, and I've heard of peaches, but canned peaches are too soft for me.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for these recipes. &amp;nbsp;I actually modified slighly for a smaller version using a 5 inch spring pan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I replaced the eggs with sweetened condensed milk. &amp;nbsp;Unfortunately I still used the powder sugar and so the bottom layer was extremely sweet. &amp;nbsp;Next time I will use part sweetened condensed milk and mix in whipped heavy cream and leave out the powdered sugar in the first layer. &amp;nbsp;Delightful with the pineapple and pecans. &amp;nbsp; Might add a little coconut next time too.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the recipes.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
