    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Brownie Cups&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;1 c butter&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;1 c semi-sweet chocolate chips&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;1 c chopped pecans&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;4 eggs&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;1 1/2 c sugar&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;1 c all-purpose flour&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;1 t vanilla&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Melt the butter and choc. chips in the microwave on low heat. Cool. Add the pecans&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;In another bowl combine the eggs, sugar, flour and vanilla. Fold in the chocolate mixture. Fill the foil lined muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 325* for 35-38 minutes. Makes 18 brownie cups.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Cookbooks say to put a little water in the unused muffin cups when baking.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
