      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes you &lt;EM&gt;can&lt;/EM&gt; freeze it this way, but the parley is likely to turn dark and you'll lose the bright green color. Hence I'd probably stick to freezing it into an ice cube. You can either throw the ice cube into the soup or whatever you're cooking or let the cube melt on a paper towel and then use the remaining parsley.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes I grow parsley every summer and I freeze it for the winter. &amp;nbsp;This is what works for me...I just snip off bunches and put them in a zip lock bag. &amp;nbsp;I roll as much air out of the bag as possible. &amp;nbsp;Then I put all the bags in a lock and lock. &amp;nbsp;The leaves stay green . &amp;nbsp;When I cook I just take out what I need and snip them frozen into my receipes. &amp;nbsp;I do the same for my fresh basil.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;i dry my parsley in the micro , chopped it in my spice/coffee grinder and use it dry. works a great&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
