My dear friend was put on a very low salt diet by her doctor yesterday. She isn't the best cook, but is trying so hard! I would like to make her dinner, but I have no idea how to cook low-salt. I don't usually add salt to my recipes, but I know that most things have incredible amounts of salt in them. Do you have any idea what I could make for her to send that she would enjoy, but would be salt-free, or very low salt?
