    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/66736"&gt;@lOVETOSHOP&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Your welcome,&amp;nbsp; these are so simple to make and delicious.&amp;nbsp; The Solo brand filling are perfect and you can buy all different flavors.&amp;nbsp; The trick is not to over cook, these do not brown on top, they stay blonde.&amp;nbsp; You will see a golden color on the bottom.&amp;nbsp; I have a mini tart&amp;nbsp;shaper from Pampered Chef&amp;nbsp;that is rounded on the end that is great for making the well, otherwise, your thumb is a great tool.&amp;nbsp; Let me know how you like them, they are so much easier than making the ones you have to roll out.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>ICE CREAM KOLACKY</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My favorite Christmas cookie...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ICE CREAM KOLACKY&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BAKE FOR 15-20 MINUTES @ 350 degrees&lt;BR /&gt;2 dozen&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;INGREDIENTS&lt;BR /&gt;Pint Vanilla Ice Cream&lt;BR /&gt;1 pound butter&lt;BR /&gt;4 cups Flour&lt;BR /&gt;Fruit Filling&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;DIRECTIONS&lt;BR /&gt;Cream soften butter and ice cream together.&lt;BR /&gt;Blend in Flour&lt;BR /&gt;Pinch off small piece (size of quarter)&lt;BR /&gt;Place on ungreased cookie sheet&lt;BR /&gt;flatten middle of cookie with thumb&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Fill spot with fruit filling&lt;BR /&gt;(I use Solo Cherry, Apple, Apricot, etc.)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also make a cheese filling&lt;BR /&gt;CHEESE FILLING:&lt;BR /&gt;1 (8 oz.)cream cheese&lt;BR /&gt;1/4 c. sugar&lt;BR /&gt;3 tbsp. flour&lt;BR /&gt;1 egg yolk&lt;BR /&gt;1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel and 1 tbsp. lemon juice, optional&lt;BR /&gt;Softencream cheese, add sugar. Beat until light and fluffy. Stir in flour, egg yolk, lemon peel and lemon juice, 1 tbsp.filling per kolacky.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cool and sprinkle with powder sugar&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do not over bake!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
