Chips posted this in the thread requesting recipes. It sure looks good!

"Okay! I lurked here for a long time and received many great recipes. Here is one of my family favorites:

Bacon Cheeseburger Roll-ups

1 lb ground beef
6 bacon strips, diced
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 pkg 8 ox. prcessed cheese, cubed (Velveeta) have substituted other easy melt cheeses
1 tube large refreierated buttermilk biscuits
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup yellow mustard

In a large skillet, cook the beef, bacon, and onion over medium heat until the meat is no longer pink; drain. Add cheese; cook and stir until melted. Remove from heat.

Flatten each biscuit into a 5 in circle; spoon 1/3 cup of beef mixture onto each biscuit. Fold the sides and endes over filling and roll up. Pleas seam side down on a greated baking sheet.

Bake at 400 for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Combine mustard and ketshup in a small bown to serve with the roll-ups."
