    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Our temperature dropped over 20 degrees in one day. &amp;nbsp;I was looking for something cozy to eat. &amp;nbsp;I had torn this recipe out of a magazine and it seemed like a good day to try it. &amp;nbsp;It is a definite keeper for me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth&lt;BR /&gt;1/4 cup dry sherry&lt;BR /&gt;2 T low sodium soy sauce&lt;BR /&gt;2 T creamy peanut butter&lt;BR /&gt;1 T chili garlic sauce&lt;BR /&gt;1 T cornstarch&lt;BR /&gt;2 t brown sugar&lt;BR /&gt;2 t toasted sesame oil&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;1 T peanut oil&lt;BR /&gt;1 pound ground pork&lt;BR /&gt;1 T minced garlic&lt;BR /&gt;1 T minced ginger&lt;BR /&gt;1/2 cup minced cilantro&lt;BR /&gt;Chopped dry roasted peanuts&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Whisk together first 8 ingredients and set aside.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Heat oil in large skillet over med high heat. &amp;nbsp;Add ground pork and crumble. &amp;nbsp;Crush with a potato masher to break up chunks. When cooked through add garlic and ginger and cook 1 minute. &amp;nbsp;Stir in broth mixture, simmer until thickened (about 2 minutes). &amp;nbsp;Stir in cilantro. &amp;nbsp;Serve over noodles and garnish with peanuts.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Recipe called for stir fry noodles and the grocery store I was at only had rice noodles so I used very thin spaghetti. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you this sounds wonderful. &amp;nbsp;I am going to have to use left over pork butt, since I don't have ground pork. &amp;nbsp;I think it will be just as tasty.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
