    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;OVERNIGHT FRENCH TOAST&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, room temperature&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;12 - 3/4-inch-thick French bread slices (I used stale sliced bread)&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;6 eggs&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;1 1/2 cups milk&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;1/4 cup sugar&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;1 teaspoon vanilla&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;1/2 teaspoon salt&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;Powdered sugar&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;Spread butter over bottom of heavy large baking pan with 1-inch-high sides. Arrange bread slices in pan in one layer. Beat eggs, milk, sugar, syrup, vanilla and salt to blend in large bowl. Pour mixture over bread. Turn bread slices to coat. Cover with plastic and refrigerate overnight.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;Preheat oven to 400°F. Bake for&amp;nbsp;10 minutes. Turn bread over and continue baking until just golden, about 5 minutes longer.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;Transfer cooked toast to plates and sprinkle with powdered sugar OR serve with your favorite syrup or other topping. Serve immediately!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;U&gt;I made this for two&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt; of us!&amp;nbsp; Choose a smaller pan, butter and put&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;U&gt;one&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/EM&gt; layer of bread in the pan.&amp;nbsp; I cut my bread in quarters to make it easier to fit into pan.&amp;nbsp; It holds together when cooked. I used 3 slices in a toaster oven pan; a loaf pan would work.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Half the recipe&lt;/STRONG&gt; (EASY) and pour over bread; turn and refrigerate.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;I set it out of the fridge while my Breville preheated then baked as directed.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;Easy breakfast for two and takes no effort in the morning!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;When the toast is done, you can serve it with your favorite syrup or with your favorite topping (fruit, yogurt, jelly)&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I never sprinkle with powdered sugar, mostly for looks when serving.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I like the fact that I can put it in the Breville for 20 mins and have French toast. &amp;nbsp;You don't have to stand and watch them cook. &amp;nbsp;Quite tasty!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
