Mix in 2 Tablespoons of sugar and 1 egg. &lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT face="georgia,palatino" size="4" color="#000080"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Prepare The Rest: &lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;FONT face="georgia,palatino" size="4" color="#000080"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Melt butter in microwave in 8" x 8" casserole. Place four bread slices in bottom of dish. Spread cream cheese filling over bread, top with mandarin orange sections (about 8 per bread slice)and then the put a slice of bread over each piece of bread..making a "sandwich".&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT face="georgia,palatino" size="4" color="#000080"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Mix remaining eggs &amp;amp; sugar, add &amp;amp; mix vanilla, nutmeg, then OJ, then milk, mix and pour over bread stacks. Arrange about 8 pecan halves on top of each bread stack. Cover and &lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;refrigerate 1 hour or overnight.&lt;/FONT&gt; Bake, &lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;uncovered&lt;/FONT&gt; in preheated 400* oven for 30 minutes or till golden brown. To serve, loosen edges of bread from pan sides with knife blade. Cut into 4 ndividual servings. &lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
