Flatten each chicken breast half to 1/4-inch thickness between sheets of plastic wrap or waxed paper.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN class="recipePartStepHeading"&gt;2&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN class="recipePartStepDescription"&gt;Place cheese slice and ham slice on center of each chicken breast; roll up. Secure with small metal skewers.
