      <description>&lt;P&gt;IMO, making GF baked goods can be&amp;nbsp;a little tricky&amp;nbsp;because it requires adding xanthan gum and other things to your flour, to make it "work", and baking requires more exact measuring than cooking.&amp;nbsp; That said, I found a GF flour blend at Costco by Namaste.&amp;nbsp; It already has the required additions and measures cup for cup to regular flour.&amp;nbsp; I have used it for Texas Sheet Cake with excellent results and have also used it for gravies and creamed soups&amp;nbsp;successfully.&amp;nbsp; I have not made bread with it, but I am confident that it would be successful there as well.&amp;nbsp; On the namastefoods website there are a number of recipes, oven baked bread being one of them.&amp;nbsp; I haven't looked, but I wouldn't be surprised if the recipe is on the package as well.&amp;nbsp;There's also a recipe&amp;nbsp;on the website for using a bread machine.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
