Turn once during baking time. Mix sugar, cornstarch, ginger, salt and pepper together in a small saucepan. Stir in water, lemon juice and soy sauce. Cook for 3 minutes stirring constantly until thick. Brush 1/2 mixture over chicken wings. Bake for an additional 40 minutes. During this baking time, brush several times with remaining mixture.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;LBM, you surely haven't lost your recipe touch during your absence. &amp;nbsp;Fixed these wings for a lunch snack just now for our three grandsons, and I should have doubled the recipe. &amp;nbsp;They devoured this chicken wings. &amp;nbsp;The youngest said they were the very best he ever had! &amp;nbsp;Pretty good review from a 9 year old dontcha think? &amp;nbsp;The older two agreed. &amp;nbsp;A real 5-Star recipe! &amp;nbsp;Thanks for sharing. &amp;nbsp;I fixed them and let them set on a plate to cool somewhat but the boys started eating about 10 minutes later. &amp;nbsp;Keeper recipe for sure. &amp;nbsp;Thanks. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Cece&lt;/P&gt;</description>

These are a treat for me and he will eat them, just isn't crazy about them but said as long as I like them he will eat them as well, did say they weren't greasy like some, good.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
