      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="lucida sans unicode,lucida sans" size="2"&gt;Just picked up a huge bunch of fresh asparagus at the store for 88 cents a pound! &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;What a deal!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="lucida sans unicode,lucida sans" size="2"&gt;I put mine in a bag with olive oil, lemon and some garlic powder and shake it all together. &amp;nbsp;Then I place them on my George Foreman grill for 8 min and they come out perfect! &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;If I don't eat them all warm, I refrigerate and put them in my salads cold.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="lucida sans unicode,lucida sans" size="2"&gt;Those little grills are wonderful creations!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="lucida sans unicode,lucida sans" size="2"&gt;I'll probaby go back for more before the week is out!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;That sounds like a good way to prepare asparagus (hubby's favorite vegetable). I like it added to salads too for a nice change and unexpected lift.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;Costco used to get in a brand called Victoria Island and it was THE BEST. But I didn't see it there last year. That season is very short so perhaps I missed it. If you see that brand - jump on it!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I urge everyone to try this&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;just once&lt;/EM&gt;. &amp;nbsp;You'll be hooked for life. &amp;nbsp;&lt;img id="womanwink" class="emoticon emoticon-womanwink" src="https://community.qvc.com/i/smilies/16x16_woman-wink.png" alt="Woman Wink" title="Woman Wink" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Asparagus Milanese&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4 Servings&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2 bunches Asparagus (trimmed*)&lt;BR /&gt;4 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil (divided)&lt;BR /&gt;4&amp;nbsp;large eggs&lt;BR /&gt;2 Tablespoons butter&lt;BR /&gt;Parmigiano-Reggiano&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Juice of 2 Lemons&lt;BR /&gt;Zest of 1 Lemon&lt;BR /&gt;Salt and freshly cracked Black Pepper&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Preheat a grillpan to medium-high heat.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Toss the asparagus in 3 Tablespoons olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Grill for about 3 minutes per side, the asparagus should be bright green and charred in spots.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In a nonstick skillet over medium heat, add the butter and gently fry the eggs until just set, about 2 to 4 minutes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Divide the asparagus among four plates, and top each with an egg. &amp;nbsp;Shave Parmigiano-Reggiano on each serving. &amp;nbsp;Grate the zest over the plates and squeeze lemon juice over each serving.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I asked DH to pick up some at Costco this morning.&amp;nbsp; He came home with a 2.2-pound bag priced at $4.99.&amp;nbsp; It was grown in Mexico.&amp;nbsp; (Your area's Costco price might be different, because Costco uses suppliers that might differ from region to region.)&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I've been reading so much lately about white asparagus and have never tried it.&amp;nbsp; Will look for it next time at the grocery store.&amp;nbsp; Has anyone here tried it and found that it is indeed "sweeter" than green asparagus?&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
