Strawberry Jell-0 (small)&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 1/4 cups hot berry juice plus water to make 1 1/4 cup&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 Pint Vanilla Ice Cream&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 box (12 ounce) Birds Eye Sliced Strawberries (thawed and drained -reserve juice)&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 baked 8 inch pie shell, cooled&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Dissolve Jell-o in hot liquid (berry juice and water to make 1 1/4 cups) in a 2-quart saucepan.  Add Ice Cream by spoonfuls, stirring until meled.  Then chill until thickened, but not set (about 15 to 25 minutes).  Fold in drained strawberries and turn into pie shell.  Chill until firm (20 to 30 minutes)&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Garnish with whipped cream and pastry stars.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;This is a beautiful summer time treat.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
