      <title>ROASTED PESTO BACON POTATOES</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;I was looking for a way to use up some basil pesto besides making pesto butter and came across this.&amp;nbsp; Made it last night and it was good.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;2 pounds red potatoes, cubed&lt;BR /&gt;1/4 cup prepared pesto&lt;BR /&gt;1 T olive oil&lt;BR /&gt;1 T dry ranch seasoning mix&lt;BR /&gt;1/4 t onion powder&lt;BR /&gt;1/4 t garlic powder&lt;BR /&gt;1/2 t salt&lt;BR /&gt;1/8 t black pepper&lt;BR /&gt;6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Optional garnish:&amp;nbsp; Freshly grated parm and fresh chopped parsley&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Preheat oven 400 degrees.&amp;nbsp; Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Add potatoes to a large bowl followed by olive oil, pesto and spices.&amp;nbsp; Toss until evening coated.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Spread potatoes on baking sheet and cook for 40 minutes stirring half way through.&amp;nbsp; When ready to serve stir in bacon.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Garnish with parm and&amp;nbsp;parsley&amp;nbsp; if desired.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
