We've tried so many things over the years to make our windows sparkle; none was ever perfect. It's important to us because we have large patio doors off the living room and off the family room. Our outside air leaves a greasy film that is difficult to remove.

But a friend came to our rescue with this unbelievably simple and cheap solution. We just used it and I couldn't believe how easy it was, drying with no streaks. Our friend says her windows have remained sparkly for weeks. I used this, also, for a tough area on my glass shower wall, and it solved the problem instantly.

I suppose most of you have solved your problems long ago, but for those who haven't, give this a try. You'll be glad you did.

Window Cleanser

1 c water

1 c rubbing alcohol

1 T white vinegar

Combine ingredients and enjoy your new leisure.

Oh, yes, I use microfiber cloths which also make things a lot easier.
