My father is staying with me and recovering from major surgery with a pneumonia complication, and he has to steer clear of salt at this time.</P> <P>I don't keep salt on the table, but he really loves ham, gravy, etc., which I will have to eliminate this holiday.</P> <P>Any food suggestions or EASY recipes would be greatly appreciated. He loves eggs, so I think I'm going to make deviled eggs for him.
