I guess I just thought it was odd that on a "Meredith's Chili Mac" thread that none of the recipes listed were for chili mac!

Yes I agree, and thought it was odd too.

Mothertrucker I hope you will try my favorite Chili Mac recipe I posted again, and you can also convert it to slow or pressure cooker if you so wish.

I enjoy baking it in the oven, but know it can be converted to accomodate those who prefer to pressure or slow cook.
