    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Hi friends&lt;/STRONG&gt;..with St. Patrick's approaching, I thought I would post this...( LOL please be kind with comments, as &lt;STRONG&gt;I DO NOT KNOW&lt;/STRONG&gt; if this is &lt;STRONG&gt;ACTUALLY Irish&lt;/STRONG&gt;...All I know is this is the name of it.) &lt;IMG src="https://community.qvc.com/DesktopModules/ExactTarget/Controls/TextEditor/jscripts/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/img/001_wub.gif" alt="{#emotions_dlg.wub}" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Irish Cider Stew&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 (19.75 ounce) package Johnsonville ORGINAL Bratwurst Links&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;8 ounces baby carrots&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;2 large red potatoes...chopped&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;3/4 onion&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;2 granny smith apples...chopped&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1/4 cup green cabbage... chopped&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;2 quarts apple cider&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;3 tablespoons cider vinegar&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1/2 cup chicken broth&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;2 tablespoons cornstarch&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;salt&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;pepper&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Cook links then slice in 1/4 inch slices. Place carrots, potatoes, apples , cabbage, cider, vinegar and broth in a large pot. Bring to a simmer over medium heat. Simmer 30 minutes. In a small bowl, whisk together cornstarch with 2 tablespoons cold water. Pour into stew. Add the sliced links. Reduce heat to low. Stirring constantly simmer til it thickens...about 3 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
