    <description>&lt;P&gt;1 1/2 cups fresh cranberries&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;2 tbs. chopped walnuts&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 tsp. grated orange rind&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1/2 cup butter, softened &amp;amp; divided&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;2 tbs. freshly squeezed orange juice&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1/4 tsp. cinnamon&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 1/2 cups  all purpose flour&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1/2 tsp. salt&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 tsp. baking powder&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 cup sugar&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 tsp. vanilla extract&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 egg&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1/2 cup fat-free buttermilk&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;GLAZE&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 cup confectioners sugar&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 tsp. melted butter&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;2 tbsp. freshly squeezed orange juice&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Preheat oven to 350. Spray 9" square or 9"-10" round baking pan with Pam &amp;amp; dust with flour.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;In small bowl combine cranberries, walnuts &amp;amp; orange rind.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;In small saucepan melt 2 tbsp. butter, stir in brown sugar, orange juice &amp;amp; cinnamon. Cook 3 minutes, stir constantly and pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle with cranberry mixture.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Whis together flour, salt &amp;amp; baking powder in medium bowl.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;In a large mixing bowl, beat remaining butter &amp;amp; sugar with electric mixer at medium speed till creamy. Add vanilla, egg, buttermilk and flour. Spoon over cranberry mixture.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Bake 40 minutes, till toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan 5 minutes. Invert onto rack &amp;amp; continue cooling.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Beat glaze ingredients till smooth, drizzle over cake.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Tried this one this AM....Yum-O!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
