DH called from the grocery store on the way home from work. He said they had pork hocks on sale for .99 a lb. I told him to buy 3 packages, since I use smoked hocks for bean and pea soup. So he brings home 3 huge packages of FRESH pork hocks. I have never even seen these in the store before. What do I do with them? Thank goodness they are frozen, there are probably 18.
