I have made this and its really good, I like add some cheese on top of the potatoes and use some fresh garlic and minced onion and some times peppers with the hamburger...so good and easy..I also have never made it on the stove top I usually put it in the oven in a casserole dish!!! but use what you have on hand for a quick meal!! Enjoy..Love, Brittany

Sloppy Joe Casserole

From: Gooseberry Patch Quick & Easy Family Favorites Cookbook

Sloppy Joe Casserole
Makes 6 servings

1 lb. ground beef, browned
2 potatoes, sliced
1 onion, chopped
15-oz. can sloppy Joe sauce

Layer browned ground beef in a 12-inch skillet; arrange potato slices on top.

Sprinkle with onion.
