    <description>&lt;P&gt;I pulled this out of a recent magazine (Cuisine at Home) and it is really good.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1/4 cup rice vinegar&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3 T olive oil&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1 T minced shallots&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1 t each honey and Dijon mustard&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;s&amp;amp;p to taste&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4 strips thick sliced bacon, diced&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1 cups halved red seedless grapes&lt;BR /&gt;1 pkg arugula (5 oz)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1 avocado, chopped&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1/4 cup chopped roasted and salted pistachios&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Whisk together vinegar, oil, shallots, honey, Dijon, salt and pepper.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cook bacon until crisp,&amp;nbsp; Drain on paper towel.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Combine grapes and arugula in large bowl,&amp;nbsp; Toss with vinaigrette to coat.&amp;nbsp; Garnish salad with avocado, pistachios and bacon.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did not have pistachios at hand so I used silvered almonds.&amp;nbsp; I think pine nuts would be good also.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This sounds soooooo good! Easiest way to slice grapes? Put them between the bottoms of two plates and slice through them all at once....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks for for another winner!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
