    <description>&lt;P&gt;Here is an appetizer version of a vegetable pizza. &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;Ingredients&lt;/SPAN&gt;:&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 tube - Pillsbury pizza dough&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 (8oz) container - whipped cream cheese&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 pkg - ranch seasoning mix (not dressing, it the seasoning in the package)&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 pkg - shredded vegetables (or you can buy your own veg and slice them up)&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;Directions&lt;/SPAN&gt;:&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Bake pizza dough to package instructions (425 degrees for 9 min).  Let dough cool 20 - 30 min.  Mix together whipped cream cheese and ranch seasoning.  Spread the cream cheese and ranch mixture onto the dough.  Sprinkle the vegetables on top (sprinkle on as much as you desire).  Cut into pieces and enjoy. Cover and refrigerate any left overs.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
