I usually bake a lot over the holidays and would like to include some treats for him as well. Does anyone know of a pre-mixed gluten free flour? I've been checking online and am finding recipes to make my own, but I don't necessarily want to buy 4 kinds of flour and xanthan gum. I'm looking for one that I could swap out almost cup for cup with regular white flour. Just thought I'd check in here for suggestions.
