    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;GREEN PEA CASSEROLE&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 (15-oz) can peas, drained; 1 (10 3/4-oz) can condensed cream of celery soup; 1 (2.5 oz) package slivered almonds; 1 (2.8 oz) can onion rings, divided; 1 (2-oz) jar pimentos; and 1 (12-oz) can evaporated milk.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;PREHEAT&lt;/STRONG&gt; the oven to 350 degrees.  Grease a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish with margarine.  In a medium-size mixing bowl, combine the peas, soup, almonds, 1/2 can of the onion rings, pimentos, and evaporated milk. &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;POUR&lt;/STRONG&gt; into the casserole dish &amp;amp; bake for 15 minutes.  Add the remaining 1/2 can onion rings to the top of the casserole &amp;amp; bake for another 5 minutes or until bubbly.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;YIELD&lt;/STRONG&gt;:  6 to 8 Servings.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;</description>
