    <description>&lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;  Thought I'd share one of my favorites -&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Unbaked pie shell 9"                          Preheated oven 55-60 minutes&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;8 oz shredded cheddar or cheese mixture of choice&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;2 med onions &amp;amp; 1 small pepper, chopped &amp;amp; sauteed (separated in half)&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 1/2 C cooked kielbasa (separated in half) *&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;10-12 slices of kielbasa to garnish&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1/4 C flour&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 tsp seasoned salt&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1/2 tsp garlic powder&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 tbsp dried parsley&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;3 eggs&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 C milk&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;crumbled cooked bacon&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Spread 1/2 cheese evenly in shell.  Top with 1/2 onion-pepper mixture.  Layer 1/2 ham.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Add second layer.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; In small bowl, combine flour, spices.  Add eggs 1 at a time, beating with wisk. Add milk and wisk.  Pour over filling in crust.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Arrange kielbasa slices and sprinkle bacon on top &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; Bake until firm &amp;amp; slightly browned&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;* Alternates to kielbasa - ham, shrimp, crabmeat or cooked veggies, well drained&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;</description>
