    <description>&lt;P&gt;1C each of chopped onion and celery&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;4 cloves of garlic - peeled and mashed&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;6T Crisco&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;2  1lb cans stewed tomatoes&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;16oz can tomato sauce&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;2t salt, 1 1/2t sugar, 2t chili powder&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;2T Worcestershire sauce and dash of Tabasco&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;4T cornstarch and 2T cold water&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;2lbs frozen shelled shrimp -*Thawed*&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1C diced green bell pepper&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;cooked rice&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Saute first three in the Crisco til soft.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Stir in the next seven ingredients and bring to a boil.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Lower heat and Simmer X 45 minutes - uncovered.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Mix cornstarch and water together and stir into sauce.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Cook - stirring occasionally til thickens and bubbles.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Stir in shrimp and green pepper and cover pot.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Simmer X 6 minutes.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Serve over the cooked rice with good crusty bread and butter.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
