    <description>&lt;P&gt;A special friend shared this me...we think they are TOO good!  I thought the wonderful cooks here might also.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Lemon Sours&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Crust&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 stick butter or margarine&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 1/2 cups flour&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Mix together and press into an 8 x 10 pan.  Bake at 425 until lightly browned.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Filling&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 cup coconut&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;2 Tbsp. baking powder&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 cup brown sugar&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1/2 cup chopped pecans&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 tsp. vanilla extract&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;2 eggs&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Mix all ingredients together and pour over crust.  Bake at 325 until firm.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Icing&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 lemon, grated, plus juice&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;powdered sugar&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Mix lemon zest plus juice adding the sugar until thick for the icing.  Spread over and chill before serving.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;  &lt;/P&gt;</description>
