    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN lang="EN" lang="EN"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;ITALIAN PASTA &amp;amp; BEAN SALAD W/ GARLIC VINAIGRETTE&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 lb box (16oz) Rotini pasta (or any short pasta you like), uncooked&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;2 cups (19oz can) Cannellini Beans, drained&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;2 cups (19oz can) Garbanzo Beans (chick peas), drained&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 ½ cups (12oz jar) Roasted Red Peppers, drained and chopped&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 cup Ripe Olives, sliced&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;½ cup Green Onion, sliced&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;GARLIC VINAIGRETTE&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;¾ cup Olive Oil&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;¼ cup Parsley&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1/3 cup Balsamic Vinegar (or Red Wine Vinegar)&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;2 cloves Garlic, chopped&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Salt &amp;amp; Pepper&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Cook pasta according to directions on package. Drain, and rinse under cold water, and drain again. In a large bowl, mix the pasta, 2 kinds of beans, roasted red peppers, ripe olives and green onion.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Prepare vinaigrette by mixing all ingredients, and pour over pasta. Toss well. Season with salt and pepper, to your taste.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Notes: This makes a lot. I like a lot of dressing on my salads, so if I make this complete recipe, I usually double the vinaigrette recipe. Otherwise, I halve the recipe and keep the vinaigrette recipe the same.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
