      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;A rel="nofollow" href="http://www.webweaver.nu/clipart/img/holidays/halloween/pk13.gif" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;IMG src="http://www.webweaver.nu/clipart/img/holidays/halloween/pk13.gif" alt="animation" /&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Tis the season &lt;IMG src="http://community.qvc.com/DesktopModules/ExactTarget/Controls/TextEditor/jscripts/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/img/001_smile.gif" alt="Smile" /&gt; Here is something a bit different to do with those pumpkins!!&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Dinner In A Pumpkin&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 8-10 pound pumpkin&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 1/2 pounds ground beef&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1/2 of an onion...minced&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 clove garlic...minced&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 1/2 teaspoons sugar&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 1/2 teaspoons mixed Italian Herbs&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 1/2 teaspoons salt&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1/8 teaspoon pepper&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;4 cups tomato juice&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 cup rice...uncooked&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;3 cups cabbage...shredded&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1/2 pound fresh green beans...cut up&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Wash pumpkin. Cut off top. Scrape out seeds. Preheat oven to 350*. In a large skillet, slightly brown ground beef, then drain. Add onion and garlic. Saute slightly. Drain. Add tomato juice and seaconings. Heat. Mix in uncooked rice. Layer 1/2 of the cabbage, green beans amd meat/rice mixture. Repeat layers and then replace pumpkin lid. B ake 2 1/2 - 3 hours at 350* until pumpkin is soft when pierced with a fork. A salad and cornbread go well with this. This is a fun dish to make this time of year.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
