      <title>Rice Pudding</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Rice Pudding&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;4 cups milk&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 egg...beat well&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 pkg (4 serving size) Jello Vanilla Pudding.....&lt;STRONG&gt;DO NOT use instant pudding!&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 cup minute rice&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1/4 cup raisins (optional)&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1/4 teaspoon cinnamon&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1/8 teaspoon nutmeg&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Put the milk and egg into a saucepan. Gradually add the pudding. Mix well. Add rice and raisins. stir over medium heat heat until it just starts to boil. Cool 5 minutes stirring twice. Pour into dessert dishes or a serving bowl. Sprinkle with cinnampn and nutmeg. Serve warm.     &lt;SPAN style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;For chilled pudding:    &lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;                                                                                                                Place plastic wrap or wax paper over the surface of HOT pudding. Refrigerate for at least 1 1/2 hours. Stir before serving.
