      <description>&lt;P&gt;With the holidays approaching I was thinking about one of favorit "bacon" appetizers. I would wrap a piece (or half a piece) of bacon around:&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;lil smokie sausage  &lt;STRONG&gt;OR&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;a pineapple chunk &lt;STRONG&gt;OR&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;a water chesnut&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Then I sprinkle a little bit of brown sugar on top, secure with toothpick, then bake at 350* til bacon is crisp.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;These disappear in a heartbeat!!!&lt;IMG src="http://community.qvc.com/DesktopModules/ExactTarget/Controls/TextEditor/jscripts/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/img/biggrin.gif" alt="{#emotions_dlg.biggrin}" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I was wondering if anyone else makes these using something different.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Love this stuff...&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;RUMAKI&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Ingredients&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts, drained &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1/4 cup soy sauce &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1/4 cup brown sugar &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;8 slices bacon, cut in half crosswise &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Directions&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1Marinate the water chestnuts in soy sauce for 1 hour. &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;2Drain. &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;3Roll each chestnuts in the brown sugar. &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;4Wrap each chestnut with a piece of bacon. &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;5Secure with a toothpick. &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;6Arrange on a cake rack in a shallow baking pan. &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;7Bake at 400 degrees F for about 30 minutes or until golden brown. &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;8Drain on paper towels. &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;9NOTE: This can be prepared ahead of time and stored in refrigerator until ready to                          bake. &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;</description>
