Just wanted to give "heads up"......someone with nothing better to do pulled up old threads last night....back to 2012.....don't respond on them..check date started.....i.e. Cabbage Rolls, Rusty Nail. Nothing serious just annoying....also noticed on other forums.

Gee! I saw and read those posts too but enjoyed re-reading some of the recipes I had missed.....and I HAD missed a few good ones. Nice walk down recipe-lane for me. That kind of prank is not hurtful just annoying, I.e., bashing other posters for their ideas is hurtful. Oh, well! Just my opinion.......cece

The "webbie" must have better things to do! I have not seen this happening "quarterly". Sorry, HonnyBrown, this came from some person with nothing better to do than DISRUPT the boards. IF the Q spent time (webbie) on something like this, I would be done giving money to the Q. This is a SMALL disruptive thing...not a big deal....I only wanted to alert people to what they were responding to. Hindsight......maybe I should have ignored it.

First time I have noticed it since being here several years. And, noticed on other boards. Hopefully, poster....Boostaboosta werks ....has enjoyed a few laughs. Time to move on. No big problem.

The last time it happened was in June and before that in March.

It's always someone "new," and they bump old threads. People get bent out of shape or enjoy revisiting old threads. The next time, it will be someone different.

I posted a warning about it in another forum in September.

why do they keep old forum post ? I almost responded to one myself. I think it is strange that I saw the Quaker Lady post and sadly learned of her death in those old post.

Only webbie knows for sure. I think it's to bring new interest in old topics, if that makes sense. It gets chaotic and some folks react badly. Someone in another forum called customer service in tears when this happened in March or June or December.

I just sit back and enjoy the posts until things get back to normal again.
